Our Company operates in a rapidly changing national and international context and in a very competitive sector, where its development and sustainability depend on its ability to meet the requirements and expectations of its customers and all interested parties.

As a result, our Company has decided to make quality and customer orientation, environmental protection and occupational health and safety, major axes of its strategy.

In addition to the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 set up and in the certification phase, SYNERGY RESSOURCES has decided to set up a Management System for Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment in relation to standards ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 and have them recognized by a Third Party certification.

The Management System for Quality, Health and Safety at Work and the Environment is based on a policy articulated around the following main strategic axes:

- Listening to the needs of our customers and responding to them effectively by delivering services that meet their expectations and meet the requirements that we have subscribed to,

- Aim for a leading position in the performance of upkeep, maintenance, and protection of spaces

     Greens,

- Invest in new strategic and promising sectors and develop complementary activities,

- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and other applicable requirements to which the organization has subscribed relating to the product, its environmental aspects, and its hazards in terms of OSH,

- Place QHSE Management at the heart of the Company and continuously improve its efficiency while preventing pollution, personal injury, and damage to health.

To make this QHSE policy a reality, we set ourselves the following objectives:

- Improving customer satisfaction (cost, time and quality control)

- Optimization of consumption to protect natural resources

- Reducing the environmental impacts of our activities on the environment

- Improving daily waste management

- The reduction of work accidents and the risks of our activities to an acceptable level

- Decrease in frequency and severity rates

- The education and training of personnel in Quality Safety and Environment and the strengthening of skills for a permanent control of the activities of the Company and the continuous improvement of its performance

- The development of communication at all levels of the Company and with interested parties and staff to take their expectations into account.
